My weekend….

I had a great Mother's Day weekend – lots of time with my family and friends and a whole weekend full of relaxation!

The weekend started with a delivery for Miss G and Miss M. I saw this outfit in the American Girl clearance section and knew that both of them would love it. If you happen to know both girls, you might be surprised that such an outfit exists and realize that it could be another 9 years before I find another that they both might like! 🙂 It had just the right amount of pink and sparkle, yet not too girly.

I was practicing with using my flash outside on the first one.

Then it was a night of camping with friends. We enjoyed a hay ride, campfire, jumping on an air pillow, and just hanging out.

On Saturday night, it was Miss G's first night of go-kart racing. She did very well for her first night of racing and she absolutely loved it! She had two heat races and the feature race. For the feature, she started 6th and ended up finishing 6th. I really need to take a photo of her with her medal, as she is so proud of it. Here are just a few photos from her heat races – it was too dark to take many photos by the time her feature race started.
