Speedy J. Cat…

I have a couple of sessions to share – one from the end of last year (yikes, I'm really behind!) and one from last week – but until I get those up, I thought I would post some photos of Speedy J. Cat.

He really seems to have aged this winter. Maybe it was the 10 days in the kennel while we were on vacation or maybe it's just because he's getting older and had a hard life for awhile when he was younger. We are all thankful for some of his mellowness (he doesn't attack us nearly as often anymore), but I think we all miss the days of him racing us up the stairs and playing with toys. He now seems to spend most of his days curled up in a ball on a bed, the couch or on top of a heater vent. When he is awake, he enjoys small amounts of attention from us (he's never been a big fan being cuddled or us invading his space too much) and he loves to sit in front of the windows watching birds or the flying leaves.
